Yorkshire warehousing and retail park specialist Onward Holdings has undergone the first major restructure of its business in more than 60 years.
It sees two of the four families involved in the company retire, creating a new core team consisting of third and fourth generation members.
The last restructure took place in 1961 on the death of founder Bill Storey and led to his four children assuming control.
Will Storey and Kieran Bloomer have now been appointed leadership positions at Onward and colleague Gavin Parker takes up the finance director role.
Martin Holden, partner at accountancy firm Saffery, continues as chairman.
The family-run company added that it would continue to innovate in new build developments, acquire sites for redevelopment and continue to invest in 3PL warehousing.
Onward Holdings has an international roster of clients across its portfolio of facilities, offering a range of warehousing units including self-storage, bulk storage, managed, light industrial applications and long-term storage.
