Trailer builder Montracon has been snapped up by investment firm Martin Group.
The manufacturer said that despite the change in ownership, there would be no change in the way it operates.
Montracon MD Ray McSorley said: “This is an exciting milestone for Montracon.

“Nothing changes in our operations – only our ability to grow stronger from here.”
