Fleet tech specialist Lightfoot has promoted its MD Paul Hollick to chief executive, replacing Rupert Lyon Taylor who becomes chief customer officer.
Hollick said: “I am delighted to be made CEO at what is an immensely exciting time as we roll out ambitious plans to expand the Lightfoot business, and our innovative decarbonisation and safety proposition, internationally.
“Businesses across Europe take decarbonisation and safety very seriously and we know our innovative offering will provide fleet operators with the data and insight to build safer and more efficient vehicle operations.
“We have achieved so much as a business in the past few years and in my new role I look forward to creating even more success for Lightfoot.”
Lyon said he considered the time was right to take a step back from the CEO role and added he was delighted Hollick was taking up the reins.
“Paul has been with us for three years and led the new business sales, product, marketing and growth teams as well as being part of the executive leadership,” he said.
“He knows our business very well, but he also knows the sector incredibly well through his role as chair of the association of fleet professionals and extensive senior management roles at other businesses within the fleet sector.”
Elsewhere within the business, Andrew Betteley has been appointed as chief technology officer, making permanent the interim role he had been fulfilling since the summer of 2024.
