The second annual Everywoman in Transport & Logistics Leadership Academy, being held next week in Daventry (21 June), aims to equip the female talent in your organisations with the tools to navigate their way up the career ladder.
Despite increasing numbers of women working in the road transport sector, just 10% of the managerial roles in our industry are held by women.
The one-day event will provide practical skills and knowledge to women who are at the start of their careers in the sector via workshops, panel sessions and speeches by key figures in transport and logistics, including a keynote address from senior traffic commissioner Beverley Bell.
A masterclass entitled ‘How to influence and communicate effectively in a male-dominated environment’ will be a must-attend part of the day.
As the media partner for the event, Motor Transport has secured a 20% discount for all MT readers on the delegate fee. Just quote ‘MT’ when you book via www.everywoman.com.
