Jemma James, TruTac’s former managing director, has joined Logistics UK as digital development director, with a brief to transform the association’s digital services.
James brings an extensive track record in business development and commercial management, having worked for TruTac for over 16 years where she rose through the ranks to become commercial operations and marketing director in 2015 and then TruTac managing director in December 2021.
David Wells, Logistics UK chief executive, said: “We are delighted to welcome Jemma to Logistics UK. Jemma will be responsible for the development of our portfolio of digital products, including our market leading Vision platform, and tachograph analysis service. Her extensive sector knowledge and background in digital product development will be a great asset for our organisation.”
