Fraikin has promoted John Cunningham to chief operating officer and appointed Craig Douglas as its chief financial and transformation officer – a new role within the business.
Douglas joins the business from a similar role at BMI Group and he is tasked with enhancing Fraikin’s long-term sustainability goals, while ensuring its commitment to continuous improvement.
His remit also includes accelerating the implementation of strategic initiatives to unlock new opportunities for growth.

He said: “The automotive industry is evolving rapidly and Fraikin is taking proactive steps to stay ahead of the curve.
“Our focus is on delivering smart, flexible solutions that support our customers’ unique business requirements and long-term ambitions.”
Cunningham takes on his new role following over 30 years of service at Fraikin. He joined in 1994 and has held several high-profile managerial positions – most recently customer and fleet solutions director.
As COO, his new remit includes vehicle supply chain and procurement functions, in addition to overseeing Fraikin’s customer service and technical operations.
“Having been a part of Fraikin for more than three decades, I’m proud to take on this new role at such a pivotal time for the business and our industry,” he said.
“Our customers rely on Fraikin to deliver consistently and efficiently, and I’m looking forward to working with the supply chain, procurement and operations teams to ensure we continue to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.”
