A 15% growth in new business this year has enabled freight software development firm Forward Solutions to recruit new staff across support and infrastructure and to create a new role of project coordinator.
It said investment in IT by haulage operators had heightened since the pandemic, as businesses looked to new technology to streamline their operations.
Forward Solutions is seeing growth exceed predicated international trends which show that globally IT spending is projected to increase by 5.1% this year.
