Evri Group will deliver over 3,700 new workers with a focus on local courier roles, after data showed higher customer satisfaction towards those that did regular rounds and knew their towns well.

The parcel delivery firm said regular round holders also had the opportunity to convert to be a GMB union backed Evri Plus courier, which gives access to holiday pay, pension contributions and guaranteed minimum earnings.

In addition to courier positions, Evri Group is also hiring for self-employed driver roles, earning as much as £1,200 a week for experienced drivers, as well as opportunities within its warehouse and head office functions.

Evri pointed to recent data from comparison website Parcel2Go, which found Evri Drop-Off recorded the highest on-time delivery rate in 2025 of all carriers and ranked in the top three for customer satisfaction for international deliveries at 4.54 out of 5.
