Domino’s Pizza has granted rental company Euroway a two-year fleet exclusivity deal to provide it with vehicles on a contract hire basis.
The deal also comprises a FleetSure fleet maintenance contract for the pizza delivery chain’s 60-strong vehicle fleet, which operates out of three sites: Milton Keynes, Penrith and County Kildare’s Naas.
Euroway will initially provide 20 vehicles – Daf trucks and Fiat Ducato vans -on a replacement basis (on five-year contract hire terms), but Domino’s expects its fleet size to increase in the coming years as the chain continues its expansion within the UK and Ireland.
All of Domino’s refrigerated vans, rigids, tractor units and trailers, have been fitted with telematics systems as part of the deal.
Gareth Franks, food services director at Domino's, says: “Domino’s is expanding rapidly and to meet this demand, we need to work with a partner who understands our business.
“It's not just about supplying vehicles; it's about operating them over a period of time. Euroway ticked all the boxes for us, giving us even more than we expected and are now our preferred vehicle supplier for at least the next two years.”
