Wincanton has turned to Volvo for the delivery of two new tankers that will cover 180,000km each year, collecting milk from farms across South Wales. Wincanton has secured a two-year contract extension with the Co-op after it delivered a new 340,000sq ft regional distribution centre in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire for the retailer in under six months.

Wincanton has won a five year contract with Rolls-Royce, which will see it store and transport generators for the UK armed forces. The firm will store the generators, which are used to power medical and communications equipment, at its shared user warehouse in Middleton, Greater Manchester.
