Wincanton has appointed a new chief executive after the decision by its current CEO Adrian Colman to retire. Colman will be replaced by James Wroath, currently chief operating officer, North America, for Lufthansa subsidiary LSG Sky Chefs. Plymouth-based Global Garden Products (GGP) has extended its contract with Wincanton, which will take the partnership to a decade. Wincanton has provided warehousing and distribution for the manufacturer’s powered garden products since 2003, delivering to the main B&Q DCs, and direct to GGP retailers nationwide.
