Palletline member ARR Craib has purchased fellow Scottish haulage firm McCaul Haulage for an undisclosed sum. The employees, trading assets and trade of Aberdeen-based McCaul Haulage transferred to ARR Craib today (9 February), facilitating the retirement of owner Tim McCaul. The deal includes 14 vehicles and 19 trailers (a mix of curtainsiders and flatbeds).
