Ceva Logistics chief executive John Pattullo is to retire on Friday 12 October, with current chairman Marvin Schlanger set to take his role.
Pattullo has been chief executive of Ceva since August 2007 – when TNT Logistics (the former contract logistics arm of TNT) and freight forwarder Eagle Global Logistics merged. He will remain at Ceva on the board of directors.
Schlanger said: “He (Pattullo) has assembled a world class leadership team. All of this has allowed Ceva to serve our customers better, and to grow faster than the market. We want to thank John for his strong leadership of the company and look forward to his continued guidance as a member of our board."
In May, Ceva, which is owned by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, revealed its intentions to file for an initial public offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
