ArrowXL customer service levels have helped it land a white goods delivery contract with Ship It Appliances.

The delivery specialist will handle over 2,000 items per month throughout the UK for Ship It Appliances which imports and manufactures white goods to both retail and trade customers.

Under the deal ArrowXL will use its ‘askAXL’ tracking web app, allowing customers to track their deliveries and collections in real time using an interactive map.
