XPO offers paid leave to staff whose partners are having fertility treatment

XPO said its staff benefits package was now among the most progressive in the UK after it began offering 10 days of additional paid leave if employees or their partners undergo fertility treatment.

This applies equally to anyone in any relationship.

The logistics company said it was part of its commitment to ensuring its people receive the care and support they require during some of the most stressful times in life.

Lynn Brown, HR VP at XPO Logistics, said: “We’re there for our people when they need us the most.

“We understand that fertility treatment is hugely stressful, so we are doing what we can to remove finance-related concerns.

“Our people go the extra mile for the business and customers; we want to make sure we’re going the extra mile for them,” she added.
