XPO Logistics can take the heat with extended Kidde Safety contract

XPO Logistics has renewed its warehousing and distribution contract with fire safety equipment manufacturer Kidde Safety for a further two years.

Under the terms of the contract, XPO will continue to run the manufacturer’s logistics operation, including the storage and distribution of products such as smoke alarms, fire extinguishers and fire blankets to retailers, including Asda and Argos, across the UK.

Andy Burnett, general manager for Kidde Safety Europe , said: “We are delighted with the service provided by XPO Logistics.
