Woods (Haulage), the Birmingham transport company that parted ways with The Pallet Network (TPN) in December and is known as Woodall Group, has gone into administration.
Insolvency practitioners from Duff & Phelps were appointed to the Coleshill haulier earlier this month.
The company has a licence authorising a total of 54 HGVs and 50 trailers out of three operating centres in Birmingham and Nuneaton. According to its accounts it employed around 50 people.

Woods (Haulage) has traded as Woodall Group since 1942 when it was founded by Jack Woodall, transporting Hercules Bicycles followed by a long standing relationship with Dunlop Tyres.
Its directors are listed as John and MD Richard Woodall. Susan Woodall is listed as a 33% shareholder in the business at Companies House along with John (54%) and Richard (12%).
Neither Woods (Haulage) nor the administrator were available for comment as this article was published.
However, Richard Woodall had previously responded that he wasn't in a position to comment when reached by Motoransport.co.uk earlier this month.
Woods (Haulage) was replaced by ICS Distribution within TPN.
