Wincanton has extended its contract with omnichannel home furnishings retailer Loaf.
The additional three-year deal builds on six years of collaboration between the companies, which has seen Wincanton support Loaf’s omnichannel growth across the UK while managing customer services for its e-commerce channels.
Wincanton will fulfil orders across the UK and make around 50,000 deliveries each year. It will continue to provide supply chain services to Loaf including warehousing, order fulfilment and carrier management, as well as premium home delivery. This involves handling key products for the brand including sofas, armchairs, mattresses, and tables, with technicians who assemble and position the delivery in the customer’s home.
