TruTac’s director of commercial operations and marketing, Jemma James (pictured), has been promoted to MD when Terry Ramsey retires at the end of the month.
James has been with the fleet compliance specialist for 14 years and was responsible for securing commercial relationships with both the RHA and Confederation of Passenger Transport as well as developing other key partnerships and being involved in the Microlise acquisition.

Ramsey said: “While retiring after 15 years is a big change for me, I can relax knowing TruTac is in great hands with Jemma as managing director.”
Additional changes in the TruTac leadership team see Lee Oliver promoted to sales director and Louise Connor joining as general manager.
The leadership team also includes technical and product director Chris Williams and finance director James Pyne.
