Woodside has taken delivery of 15 Mercedes-Benz Actros with ProCabins from eStar Truck & Van – the largest ProCabin order in the haulier’s history.
To celebrate the landmark order, eStar designed and hosted a dedicated Saturday celebration event as part of Woodsides’ onboarding process – an initiative originally conceived by eStar and embraced by MD Robert Woodside.
His vision was to make the day feel like a “new car day” for every driver and set a new tone and narrative at the business.
Drivers were welcomed into eStar’s Knowsley facilities for a full hospitality event, complete with food, product walkarounds, facility tours, and hands-on training.
The 2451 6x2 tractor units, finished in Woodside’s iconic colours, feature premium ProCabin specification, including leather interiors and LED headlights and bespoke interior enhancements from Kuda including rear lockers, microwaves, televisions and tank safes.
Steve Bridge, eStar MD, said: “I acknowledge that the trucks could have been purchased from other dealer groups, so this wasn’t just about supplying vehicles; it was about helping Woodside shape a moment.
“The handover day became part of their cultural message to drivers, demonstrating investment, respect, and ambition. We’re incredibly grateful to Robert and his team for trusting us to play a part in that.”
