Logistics specialist Whistl has rebranded Devon-based Clientbase Fulfilment as Whistl Fulfilment, a year after acquiring the company.
The 300-strong team, based in Plymouth and Paignton, manage inbound contact centre operations, warehousing, fulfilment and business support functions across a portfolio of more than 50 clients.
Customers include Sarah Raven, Dogs Trust, Madeleine, Peter Hahn, RSPCA, Secret Lab, Scotts of Stow and Sophie Conran.
Marlow-based Whistl’s acquisition of Clientbase in December last year was part of plans to accelerate its drive into fulfilment, increasing its portfolio of fulfilment warehouses across the UK to eight at the time.
Since then the company, which handles in excess of 3.6bn items a year, has increased its portfolio to 11 fulfilment warehouses, totaling over 1.5 million sq ft of fulfilment space. It also has a 500-seat contact centre.
