Walkers Transport has rolled out a new management training programme to develop leaders of the future and support the continued growth of the business.
The Palletways member has operations in Manchester and Leeds, and the training will be offered to managers at those sites.

The training aims to develop leadership and the skills to effectively coach their teams to better manage and deliver change.
Richard Simpson, MD at Walkers Transport, said: “The company went through a management buyout in October 2017 and this signalled a new era for us and an opportunity for transformational growth.
"We were keen to kick-start this process with a programme that encouraged collaboration and greater self-awareness.”
Walkers Transport has 18 managers are enrolled on the programme, which is delivered by Meg Burton from Cube Learning & Development.
