UPN has announced three new members to its pallet network, adding that it’s shaping up to be a record-breaking year.
Nottingham-based D&D Transport, Cross Country Carriers in Suffolk and Three Legged Transport in Dorset have all signed membership agreements with the 18-year-old network.
Dave Palmer, MD of D&D Transport, said joining UPN was a “logical step” for its growth. “They are a company that shares our own strong business values,” he added.
Cross Country Carriers will handle some CB and IP postcodes, with Three Legged Transport taking on BH postcodes. Its MD Rennick McGowan said: “We’ve heard a lot about UPN and so far been impressed with the people we have been dealing with.
“Membership is going to help our business grow.”
UPN said it brought in eight new members so far in 2019. “It’s proving to be a fantastic year for UPN as our business is showing record volume growth in advance of our imminent move to our new hub,” said UPN MD David Brown.
