Tuffnells has completed the roll out of more than 35 rebranded semi-trailers, as part of a revitalisation of the loss-making irregular dimension and weight specialist.
The company has taken delivery of 14 Don-Bur box van trailers, which are in addition to 12 box van trailers received from the manufacturer in the autumn of last year.
At that time Tuffnells also put 11 Lawrence David semi-trailer curtainsiders on the road.
The new-look vehicles form part of a phased brand refresh project that began with the launch of a fleet of new 7.5-tonne trucks in July.
Peter Birks, CEO at Tuffnells, said: “Lawrence David and Don-Bur have been loyal customers of ours for over 10 years and are both fantastic companies, so when the time came for us to refresh our fleet of semi-trailers, we knew they were the perfect choice.

“Our latest refresh goes much further than an aesthetic revamp though, as we’ve been working on a number of changes to how we operate too – all geared towards providing our customers with an even higher level of service and our staff with even greater safety levels."
Last month Connect Group, the owner of Tuffnells, said it was targeting a return to profit for the business in the second half of the group’s current financial year.
