The European president of FedEx Express and CEO of TNT David Binks is to retire in June.
Binks joined FedEx in 1983 in the UK, and was at the forefront of the American company's acquisition of TNT in 2016.
He will be replaced by the current FedEx Express senior vice president of finance Bert Nappier on 1 June.
Nappier also sits on the FedEx Integration Leadership Council, where FedEx said he plays a key role in leading the TNT integration globally.
David Cunningham, president and CEO of FedEx Express, said: "Throughout David’s remarkable 35-year-career at FedEx, he has contributed to the growth of our company around the globe.
“We wish him the best in his retirement, and look forward to continued success in Europe as Bert takes on this critical role.”
The international senior vice president of finance role vacated by Nappier will be filled by Helena Jansson (pictured right).
