Telematics specialist Targa said it generated revenues of €125m (£108.7m) and EBITDA of around €30m (£26.1m) last year, representing a 10% year-on-year growth in turnover.
The company said that following the integration of global communications firm Viasat Group and its subsequent rebranding, which led to the adoption of the Targa Telematics brand for all international subsidiaries, it now aimed to accelerate growth in 2026, with revenues projected to increase by 12%.
Targa added that international activities now account for approximately 25% of total revenues.
“The acquisition of Viasat Group, completed in 2023, represented a strategic milestone in Targa Telematics’ growth journey,” said Nicola De Mattia, CEO and co-founder of Targa Telematics.
“The integration of nine companies enabled us to significantly expand our scale, international reach and capabilities across key market segments.
“The completion of this process has resulted in the creation of a European leader in AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) applied to the automotive sector, with a strong presence across the continent and the technological capabilities required to support customers in the digital transformation of fleets at an international level.”

Iveco recently launched a connected security service in partnership with Targa, which is designed to help operators recover stolen vehicles more quickly and reduce disruption to fleet operations.
