Independent Renault Trucks distributor Sparks Commercial Services is on an expansion drive across the South West with the acquisition of Renault Truck Commercials Exeter.
The purchase sees the dealership rebranded as Sparks Commercials Exeter and takes the number of Sparks Commercial Services sites to five. The other four sites are in Southampton, Portsmouth, Poole and Swindon.
All 12 former employees of Renault Truck Commercials Exeter will transfer to Sparks Commercial Services to join its workforce of 122.

Sparks Commercials Exeter, which is on Marsh Road in Marsh Barton, sells new and used Renault trucks ranging from 2.8 tonnes to 44 tonnes, as well as the latest generation of electric vehicles, and trailers and ancillary equipment.
It also provides aftersales support for Renault Trucks and Renault Trucks’ 24/7 roadside assistance service for Devon and Cornwall, with support from Launceston Truck Services.
