The most expensive route for truckers in Europe is the A6:A7 Paris to Marseille toll road, with a one-way journey costing just over £305, according to hire firm Northgate.
It researched 44 countries and looked at toll roads, bridges and tunnels and found that the Great St Bernard tunnel, connecting Western Switzerland to Italy, was the second most expensive route for HGV drivers, setting them back £137.26 per journey.
The Bodo to Oslo route in Norway was the third most expensive for truckers, costing £116.84 - over 150% more than the same route for a family car.
Other routes in the top 10 include Evzoni to Athens in Greece (£73.65); Milan to Naples in Italy (£69.03) and Belgrade to Dimitrovgrad in Serbia (£66.14).
The cheapest road was in North Macedonia, where the route from Petrovec to Veles costs just £3.17.
Northgate said the Dublin Port tunnel and the Vadlaheidargong tunnel in Iceland were also among the cheapest routes in its analysis, with both costing under £10 to use for HGV drivers.
