The European Investment Bank links with Volta for €40 million venture debt financing

The European Investment Bank (EIB) is negotiating a €40 million venture debt financing with Volta Trucks to support the company’s growth plan for its Truck as a Service (TaaS) infrastructure. The funding will enable Volta Trucks to accelerate the roll-out of its innovative all-electric commercial vehicle manufacturing and services, and contribute to the electrification of the road transport sector.
