Family transport firm Prigmore Haulage has taken out a 10-year lease on a 15,233sq ft warehouse at the Cabot industrial park in Kettering.
The local haulier was seeking a modern facility with a large, secure yard ready for immediate occupation and it said the Cabot 15 shed provided the ideal solution.
Situated on the Kettering Venture Park, Cabot Kettering is part of an industrial and business location just off Junction 9 of the A14, with close transport connections to the A43, A6 and M1.
The area is a proven logistics hub serving the East Midlands and beyond.
Christian Smith, industrial director at Savills Birmingham, which helped secure the letting, said: “We are pleased to have secured this letting for our client Cabot.
“This unit has an excellent specification, and we expect the final unit on the site to be popular with occupiers who need large yards, dock doors and canopies – perfect for distribution and 3PLs.”
Both Cabot 15 and the 86,000sq ft Cabot 86 became available after the previous owner entered administration.
