Police are appealing for information about a fatal hit and run incident involving an HGV in north London.
The collision with the cyclist occurred just after 4pm on 16 March on High Street at the junction with Furness Road, NW10.
Despite the efforts of the emergency services, the male cyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
He has been identified as 62-year-old Michael Stapleton. His next of kin have been informed.
The driver of the lorry failed to stop but the Metropolitan police said they have since made contact. No arrests have been made.
The police are now requesting any dashcam or CCTV footage, or any witnesses to the collision to get in touch.
