Palletforce has added Adam Jones Group to its network.
The Halesowen-based firm will cover Dudley DY postcodes in a move that provides additional capacity for growth and enhances customer service, Palletforce said.
Adam Jones Group was family-run for over 100 years, until its acquisition by logistics and warehousing group OTIF in 2019.
With a fleet of over 70 trucks, including articulated vehicles as well as 18- and 26-tonne rigids, the firm specialises in the nationwide delivery of palletised and non-palletised freight.
Director Katie Darnell said: “We have been members of pallet networks before, but Palletforce represents a perfect fit for us as we look to grow our business after the challenges of the last couple of years.

“Our aim is to deliver quality service to our customers, and that is the Palletforce ethos. They have a highly professional team, proven investment in the network, and although we are new members we already feel part of the family.”
David Breeze (pictured), Palletforce’s network development manager, said: “We continue our commitment to building the strongest possible member-focused network and ensuring all our members’ customers, across every UK postcode, receive the highest levels of service.
“That means ongoing recruitment of companies like Adam Jones Group, which has a proven reputation for operational excellence and a track record of customer service, and we are delighted to welcome them onboard.
“We are in the final stages of discussions with other companies and expect to announce additional new quality members in the coming weeks.”
