Pall-Ex has welcomed a new member to its network after a reshuffle of its postcode areas.
K2 Transport officially became a member on 23 May, covering the TN and BN areas. It said the move to join Pall-Ex was a “natural” one that would act as a catalyst for business growth.
Pall-Ex has recently welcomed Armstrong Logistics and Currie European Transport to its network, with the hauliers joining on 29 February and 8 April respectively.
Hinkley-based Armstrong Logistics joined in a bid to grow its business and service offerings, and is covering the DN postcode area.
Currie European has taken on responsibility for CA, DG and TD postcodes.
Sue Hodgson, director of network services at Pall-ex, said that the three companies will play “instrumental roles” in the network’s development.
She added: “I look forward to seeing these businesses utilise the network to its full potential to fuel business growth and improve service quality.”
