XPO Logistics has expanded its ExpressNow service across Europe and the UK, following a successful launch in Spain, Portugal, Italy and Morocco in 2024.

The ExpressNow service allows the immediate management of urgent shipments due to equipment breakdowns, activity peaks or supply chain disruptions.

It is designed to respond to critical logistics needs and guarantees fast, secure and tailored deliveries, using advanced technology, AI-driven solutions and operational expertise.

It offers secure, premium transportation, by road and air, with shipments starting in less than 30 minutes and real-time tracking via an advanced track and trace system.

The service offers rapid management of requests with price estimation delivered in a few minutes, immediate shipment and instant access to transport documents, such as POD, CMR and invoices.

The initial rollout of XPO’s ExpressNow service last year saw customers reporting significant improvements in critical shipment efficiency, after more than 2,500 expeditions.

Now the company has announced the full deployment of the service across Europe using its operational centers in France, Romania and Poland to offer tailored solutions for critical shipments to companies.

Benefits of the ExpressNow service include 24/7availability; a network of over 200 agencies in Europe; immediate shipment with a driver mobilised within 90 minutes after confirmation; real-time visibility, advanced track and trace with instant notifications; and control tower supervision, with the fleet tracked by GPS and connected to real-time visibility tracker.

The service also offers international solutions including the handling of express border formalities; customised service such as temperature-controlled transport, large, fragile or high-value-added freight; a van to plane service; personalized insurance; and notifications to referred communication channels along the way.
