The UK is a major driver of InPost’s growth, the group has revealed today, as it announced its results for the second quarter of 2025, and its acquisition of Bloq.it, which specialises in battery-powered automated parcel lockers (APMs).

Polish parcel locker giant InPost saw revenue soar by 303% year-on-year to PLN 954.2m (£194.22m), while parcel volume increased by 177% year on year. This includes the consolidation of Yodel for May and June in Q2 2025.

Adjusted EBITDA grew 43.6% year-on-year to PLN 48.4m (£9.85m), which InPost said reflects strong performance during the Yodel consolidation and integration phase.

InPost has seen exponential growth in the UK. The group now operates the largest APM network in the UK, amounting to over 11,000 APMs.

The InPost UK network expanded to nearly 17,000 out of home (OOH) points, reinforcing its position as the leading OOH network in the region.

Currently, 75% of the population in the top three cities in the UK lives within a seven-minute walk of an InPost OOH point, with national overall coverage now reaches over 51% of the UK population.

Rafał Brzoska, InPost Group founder and chief executive said: “Q2 2025 was another strong quarter for InPost, marked by robust financial performance, accelerated international expansion, and significant network deployment.

“We delivered 324 million parcels, up 23% YoY, outpacing e-commerce market growth in our core geographies.

“For the first time, over half of InPost Group’s revenue came from outside Poland, confirming the success of our international strategy.

“The UK has emerged as a key growth engine, with volumes almost tripling, driven by the addition of Yodel to the group’s portfolio and continued organic growth.

“Operationally, we have just reached a major milestone: our international APM network now surpasses the Polish network, with over 27,000 lockers abroad. We remain the locker leader in all our key geographies.”

Turning to the group’s acquisition strategy, Brzoska said: “While we continue to invest significantly in organic growth, 2025 has been a year for strategic acquisitions.

“With the addition of Yodel, the UK has become our second-largest market and our top international growth priority.

“Most recently, we acquired Sending to support our expansion in the high-potential Iberian region.

“Just yesterday, we acquired a minority stake in Bloq.it — a company specialising in battery-powered APMs — which we believe will help accelerate the scalability of our network.

“Looking ahead, we remain focused on scaling our network, strengthening customer engagement, and leveraging synergies from recent acquisitions.”

InPost’s strategic partnership with Bloq.it includes a multi-year commercial commitment to deploy more than 20,000 Bloq.it Next locker units across Europe.

As part of the agreement, Bloq.it will deliver end-to-end services for the growth and management of InPost’s APM network.

Miha Jagodic, Bloq.it founder and chief executive, said: “Bloq.it is laser-focused on accelerating Europe’s shift to out-of-home delivery. Partnering with InPost allows us to roll out Next, our flagship off-grid locker, wherever people live and work, giving consumers true pick-up freedom.

“This partnership also represents an important step toward our long-term goal: building a truly independent company, prepared for the next chapter in our journey, and who can serve all the customers in the market and help them accelerate their OOH plans.”
