Supply chain specialist Meachers Global Logistics and full fibre broadband provider toob have renewed their strategic partnership for a further three years.

Since 2020 Meachers, which has its headquarters in Southampton, has supported toob with warehouse and transport services for the handling and distribution of broadband equipment.

The deal will see Meachers continue to provide critical warehousing and transport services to support toob’s mission to deliver ultra-fast, reliable broadband to homes and businesses across the South of England.

The company has over 80,000 connected customers and claims to be one of the UK’s fastest-growing broadband providers.

It praised the partnership for being instrumental in helping toob scale its operations efficiently.

Meachers manages the storage, handling, and distribution of essential network equipment, ensuring that contractors receive the right materials at the right time to keep fibre installations on track.

Gary Whittle, Meachers Global Logistics operations director, said: “We’re proud to continue supporting toob on their journey to transform digital connectivity in the South.

“This partnership is built on trust, flexibility, and a shared commitment to operational excellence.

“We’ve worked closely with toob through the challenges of Brexit, COVID-19, and supply chain disruption, and we’re excited to be part of their next phase of strategic growth.”

Rachel McKerr, toob supply chain manager, added: “Meachers is a vital logistics partner for us. Their ability to adapt to changing delivery schedules, provide accurate stock reporting, and offer a safe and efficient warehousing environment has been key to our success.

“We have a great relationship with their team and value the expertise they bring to our supply chain.”
