Mavic extends partnership with XPO Logistics

Under the expanded agreement, XPO will provide warehousing, order fulfilment and transport services for Mavic. The arrangement will bring these activities within a single operational framework and provide Mavic with visibility of its supply flows and logistics performance.

Mavic and XPO began working together several years ago, initially covering transport services in France. The relationship has since expanded to include additional parts of Mavic’s supply chain.

In early 2025, Mavic extended the partnership to include global forwarding activities, including the management of flows between its European sites, subsidiaries in Japan and the US, and international customers.

The latest agreement adds contract logistics to the services provided by XPO, covering warehousing, order fulfilment and transport.

The contract logistics operation will be based at a 5,000 square metre warehouse in Marigny-Saint-Marcel, near Annecy, France, where Mavic is also headquartered.

The facility will handle Mavic’s European distribution activities. Storage, order preparation and transport will be managed as part of the same operation.

Deliveries will be made to customers in France and across Europe. Mavic’s customers include specialist cycling retailers.

XPO’s software will provide shipment tracking and performance information across the delivery process.

XPO operates more than one million sq metres of warehouse space across eight European countries, providing supply chain design, management and optimisation services.

Its contract logistics offering covers goods receipt, order fulfilment, value-added services, reverse logistics and product customisation, serving sectors including automotive, healthcare, industrial and retail.
