Container haulier Martello Transport has acquired 25 new Volvo FH Aero 460 6x2 tractor units for use on its domestic operations.
The Felixstowe-based business said they would transport containers between ports, distribution hubs and customer sites across the country and will each clock up around 150,000km annually.

“Its trucks consistently deliver the reliability, fuel efficiency and driver appeal we need from vehicles operating across a demanding nationwide haulage network.
“The FH Aero is a natural fit for our fleet because our business depends on delivering a dependable, efficient service to customers all over the UK.”
The new vehicles feature Globetrotter cabs and are all backed by a Volvo gold contract, including preventive maintenance and repairs.
