International e-commerce management and delivery specialist ITD Global has helped beauty and skincare brand Gatineau Skincare streamline its logistics process to cut costs and boost deliveries.

ITD Global was called in after Gatineau experienced significant challenges in its courier logistics operations, including high shipping costs and extended time spent on customer service.

As Gatineau’s shipping volume increased, these issues became worse, preventing Gatineau from scaling their shipping volume and suffering from unreliable and expensive services.

In addition, the extensive time required to handle customer service issues meant valuable resources and time were being wasted, creating unnecessary friction in their operations. 

ITD tackled the problem by moving Gatineau over to Evri for both its domestic and international services in a strategic shift that cut costs and ensured a quicker and more reliable service, which ITD said better reflects the premium nature of the Gatineau brand.
