BWOC and Mabanaft are rebranding as MB Energy, as part of a wider group rebranding programme.
MB Energy said the rebrand is intended to create a unified market presence, while maintaining existing operations, workforce and customer relationships.
Under the changes, BWOC Ltd will formally change its name to MB Energy, while Mabanaft will retain its legal name but also operate under the MB Energy brand.
The move forms part of a broader strategy by MB Energy to bring more than 50 brands from the former Mabanaft Group under a single identity.
Weston-super-Mare-based BWOC, founded in 1982, supplies bulk fuel nationwide to sectors including haulage, agriculture, SMEs and the public sector.
Its services include heating oil, diesel, AdBlue, tank telemetry, renewable diesel (HVO) and carbon compensation.
London-based Mabanaft was established in 1964, with origins dating back to 1947 in Hamburg. It supplies and trades diesel, gasoil and gasoline, serving commercial and industrial customers across the UK.
