Road Transport Expo (RTX) 2025 is finally here! The UK’s greatest commercial vehicle industry exhibition opens tomorrow (24 June) at 9.00am sharp at NAEC Stoneleigh in Warwickshire.

This year’s line up is better than ever, with more than 330 exhibitors showcasing the latest trucks, trailers, tech and equipment, as well as a packed conference programme with over 50 expert speakers, and of course there’s the ever-popular Ride & Drive experience – where visitors can test drive the newest vehicles on site.

Among the host of exhibitors at RTX this year is Renault Trucks, which is showcasing its future-focused line-up, with the new Model Year 2025 taking centre stage on Stand B4, underlining the brand’s commitment to enhanced productivity, fuel efficiency and safety.

The stand will also feature vehicles from across Renault Trucks’ diesel and electric ranges, demonstrating the breadth and depth of a portfolio that spans every application, from long haul and regional distribution to heavy haulage, construction and urban delivery.

Visitors to stand B4 will also get a look at the latest evolution of the Renault Trucks T, redesigned for Model Year 2025.

On display will be a stunning 44 tonne T480 6x2 resplendent in distinctive orange paintwork, featuring Turbo Compound technology that offers up to 10% fuel savings and corresponding CO2 reductions.

Over on IVECO’s stand B32 the IVECO S-eWay Rigid will be making its first public debut as the Italian marque’s first eHGV to launch in the UK.

RTX visitors will be invited to get up-close-and-personal with the S-eWay Rigid and discover more about its modular battery system, taking inspiration from the innovative eDaily.

Also on display will be IVECO’s ‘Box Clever’ 7.2t eDaily. Utilising the up-to-50kW ePTO, the vehicle confidently runs a state-of-the-art VR Truck Racing simulator from the vehicle’s four modular batteries, as well as offering a platform to host live sessions and seminars.

In collaboration with the charity TransAid, visitors will be invited to put the pedal to the metal in an accurate representation of an ETCR IVECO racing truck, with the fastest lap time winning a grand prize.

Meanwhile DAF Trucks is painting the town red at RTX this year – specifically ‘Flame Red’, the market-leader’s new corporate colourway for its latest model-year ’25 trucks.

Three vehicles will be showcased on DAF’s outside stand, complementing the company’s main inside stand, which is focusing on its zero-emissions electric vehicles.

These are the XG 530 FTT 6x4 Heavy Haulage Tractor, the XDC 450 FAD 8x4 32-tonne Tipper, and the DAF XB 190 FA Electric.

There’s also an opportunity for visitors who hold an HGV licence to test drive two popular DAF vehicles, a flagship XG+530 6x2 tractor unit and trailer, and a rugged XDC 410 eight-wheel tipper. For those not wishing to drive, there’s the option to ride with a DAF expert.

DAF can be found at Stands G44 and B1.

Over on Stand P28 Milton Keynes-based Newton Trailers will be making its first expo appearance with a flagship STAS GPT+ tipping trailer..

The very special aggregate trailer will be wearing MICHELIN X Multi T tyres and is the first to meet the newly developed HALO Trailer safety standard.

Newton Trailers has developed the standard to benchmark safety in bulk trailers. It comes after an increase in hauliers moving backloads of aggregate, has coincided with a new wave of inexperienced drivers joining a post-Covid sector that has experienced a fall in driver training provision.

Another “must-see” at the show is Rightech’s 7.5 tonne electric truck, which arrives at RTX 2025 having completed an extraordinary 4,000-mile journey across the UK visiting more than 50 customers in the last two months.

The 7.5 tonne truck will be on display for the first time in the UK on Stand G55a, having been launched to critical acclaim earlier in the year.

All this and so much more makes RTX 2025 the show you cannot miss.

We look forward to seeing you there!
