Norbert Dentressangle extends Vauxhall contract

Norbert Dentressangle has signed a three-year contract extension with Vauxhall Motors for the overnight distribution of parts.

ND has worked with Vauxhall for 12 years and the extension sees the operator deliver parts to 300 Vauxhall and Chevrolet retailers across the UK.

ND has also spent £1m on 35 new trailers serving the contract, which sees it collect orders from Vauxhall’s parts distribution centre in Luton for onward delivery direct to retailers overnight.

Peter Durham, warehouse operations manager at Vauxhall Motors, says: “ND provides us with a flexible and proven transport solution that enables us to maintain a high level of service to our retailers.

“This combined with the a range of added value site services means we will continue to benefit from a reliable and cost effective parts distribution operation.”
