One of the biggest speculatively developed sites in Crewe is about to begin construction and is expected to provide around 300 jobs on completion.
Developer Panattoni said ‘Crewe 305’ on the Crewe Commercial park would include 27 dock doors, five level access doors and a yard with parking for 49 HGVs.
The 305,000sq ft unit also includes 13,864sq ft of office space and parking for 213 cars.
Panattoni’s first development on the park was eventually let to NWF Group Plc in 2020 for a 12-year term.
