Temperature controlled specialist Joyce European Logistics has filed papers to confirm it has entered administration.
The company said it had built a reputation over 40 years for excellence in secure and reliable cold chain transportation operating out of bases in the West Midlands traffic area.
It holds an international licence for 10 HGVs running out of three operating centres, in Market Drayton and Shrewsbury.
Administrators at SPK Financial Solutions were appointed to the business on Tuesday (11 February).
The last available set of accounts were unaudited and abbreviated and showed that it employed 13 members of staff in 2023.
Calls to the haulier’s Chirk office went unanswered and the administrator did not respond.
Its insolvency follows the recent administrations this year of Oxfordshire white goods distributor Swiftcare UK and Adstock Bulk Solutions.
