UK firms increasingly concerned over NIC and Living Wage hikes, GPA survey reveals

The number of SMEs looking at laying-off staff due to planned rises to NIC contributions and the National Living Wage has risen by 8% since the changes were first announced in October’s Autumn Budget, according to a survey from The Global Payroll Association (GPA).
