Elizabeth Nagel has been appointed Tructyre’s MD, joining the company from Michelin’s HQ in Clermont-Ferrand, France where she is currently manufacturing transformation officer.
Effective from 1 July, she will lead a team of more than 430 staff and report directly to David Jean, CEO of Euromaster Group.
Prior to joining Michelin in March 2023, Nagel spent more than a decade at US-based materials science firm Corning, where she held several leadership roles across manufacturing, innovation, and business development.
During this time, she built up extensive experience leading large-scale growth initiatives, global teams and complex industrial transformations.
Nagel said: “Tructyre is a business with strong momentum and significant potential, and I’m excited to get started. This also marks my first opportunity to work in the UK, and I’m looking forward to collaborating closely with the team to build on that strong foundation, strengthen performance across the business, and accelerate the next phase of growth.”
