Record leasing transactions in Q1 reveal “strong demand” for logistics facilities, say Indurent

Industrial and logistics developer Indurent has completed leasing transactions totalling around 1 million sq ft in the first quarter of 2025, including major deals for a combined 140,000 sq ft at Indurent Park Chippenham and Indurent Park Derby, which the company said indicates strong demand for modern industrial workspace.
