Transport management software specialist Mandata has inked a strategic partnership with digital freight marketplace HaulageHub which aims to help hauliers maximise the value of their existing fleets.

The collaboration sees an integration between Mandata TMS solutions and HaulageHub which is designed to help unlock new revenue opportunities, maximise fleet utilisation, and streamline subcontracting while reducing administrative burden.

Through access to HaulageHub’s network of over 5,000 vetted transport partners, operators can now connect with new freight opportunities across the UK, from their Mandata TMS.

The integration will enable hauliers to access additional work from operators, shippers, and manufacturers, reduce empty running by matching loads to available capacity,  flex operations to manage peaks and troughs in demand, and generate additional revenue from existing fleet capacity.

The move will also enable Mandata customers to send jobs and loads directly to HaulageHub for subcontracting and receive new work back into their TMS in real time, creating a seamless, end-to-end workflow from order through to invoicing, the partnership added.

By eliminating the need for duplicate data entry and providing real-time updates across systems, the collaboration supports greater visibility, efficiency, and operational control.

The integration will deliver automated, two-way data synchronisation, ensuring that job updates, tracking information, and PODs are shared between platforms.

By streamlining subcontracting processes, the partnership said, hauliers can manage everything within Mandata, significantly reducing manual workload and freeing up time to focus on operational performance.

Tony English, Mandata chief executive, said partnerships are central to the company’s strategy.

“By integrating with HaulageHub we’re enabling hauliers to access new revenue opportunities, reduce inefficiencies, and simplify subcontracting.

“This is about creating a more connected logistics ecosystem that helps our customers grow while keeping operations as streamlined as possible.”

Craig Thompson, HaulageHub co-founder, added: “Our mission has always been to connect hauliers with high-quality, reliable work through a trusted network.

“Partnering with Mandata allows us to bring those opportunities directly into the systems operators already use every day.

“Together, we’re removing friction, reducing admin, and helping hauliers to access more work, reduce empty miles and maximise the value of their fleet.”

The integration is designed to support businesses ranging from owner-operators through to large-scale fleets, available within Mandata Enterprise TMS and Mandata Go TMS.

Due to launch this summer, it also offers free integration and easy onboarding, helping customers benefit from improved connectivity, flexible capacity management, and access to new work.
