MAN Truck & Bus UK has officially opened a new MAN TopUsed Centre in Swindon, Wiltshire, which specialises in providing manufacturer-backed used trucks, buses, coaches and vans.
The manufacturer said the opening of the Swindon facility marks an “important milestone” in MAN TopUsed’s continued expansion in the UK.
Located in Blagrove, close to junction 16 of the M4, the new centre features a dedicated sales office and a 100-vehicle forecourt.
Commenting on the opening, Torsten Schreck, MAN TopUsed director, said: “The opening of our new MAN TopUsed Centre in Swindon is an important step in strengthening our used vehicle presence in the UK.
“Customers want confidence, accessibility and professional support when purchasing a used vehicle, and this new location allows us to deliver exactly that.
“Swindon is just the beginning. We will continue to open additional MAN TopUsed Centres and Stores across the UK to be even closer to our customers, while ensuring a consistent, high‑quality experience nationwide.”
Vehicles entering the MAN TopUsed program, including TGE, TGL, TGM, TGS, TGX models, Neoplan coaches, and a selection of used trailers, undergo professional assessment before being offered for sale.
Each vehicle receives a full HPI check and a comprehensive 264-point inspection at a MAN Truck & Bus UK dealer.
All approved vehicles are identified by the MAN TopUsed Seal of Quality, which confirms they have been checked and certified.
Each MAN TopUsed CCT vehicle comes with a 12-month MAN Driveline-plus factory warranty as standard. Extended warranty options are also available, allowing customers to tailor coverage to meet their operational needs.
Customers can also benefit from expert, application‑focused advice provided by a dedicated MAN TopUsed team. On request, MAN TopUsed can also support individual vehicle adaptations, conversions and bespoke solutions tailored to specific customer requirements.
The MAN TopUsed UK offering spans the full MAN product portfolio: from 3.5‑tonne TGE vans to 44‑tonne TGX tractor units, alongside rigid vehicles from the TGL, TGM and TGS ranges in a wide variety of chassis and body configurations, including dropsiders, curtainsiders and tippers.
To meet all operational needs and help future-proof the Swindon facility, chargers for MAN TopUsed battery-electric vehicles have been installed on the site.
MAN TopUsed customers can also take advantage of flexible, tailored financing solutions through Traton Financial Services, alongside optional repair and maintenance contracts and access to MAN DigitalServices for connected vehicle and fleet insights.
All MAN TopUsed vehicles are prepared for work by fully trained MAN service technicians and supported by MAN Truck & Bus UK’s nationwide dealer and service network, many of which operate extended opening hours.
In addition, MAN TopUsed vehicles benefit from MAN Mobile24, providing 24‑hour roadside assistance, 365 days a year.
