Logistics sector looks to GB Grid to unlock freight electrification

Logistics UK has welcomed Prime Minister Andy Burnham’s plans for a publicly backed electricity grid, saying the new model could help overcome one of the biggest barriers to decarbonising road freight and other parts of the logistics industry.
